All of our SUP benefit from our Bamboo Sandwich Technology construction. Every layer of bamboo is reinforced with two layers of fiberglass. This allows the sandwich technology to emphasize the characteristics of the bamboo.
The final result is a light structure that is super strong and extremely reliable.

The SMART HANDLE includes the following features :
- Decompression valve
- Multifunction tool compartment
- Recessed volume
- Screwdriver head
- Allen key
More comfortable with advanced ergonomics, it is completely recessed and makes it easier to carry the SUP. The new handle helps a lot to grab the boards easily when lying flat on the ground or on the water.
A groove has been added onto the thread of the valve so that you only have to unscrew by a few turns to let the air out. No need to unscrew it completely and therefore no risk to lose it.
The handle already includes the screw for the decompression valve (1).
A specific multifunction tool has been created and fits neatly into the handle (2).
The tool can be opened in two parts to reveal an Allen key which can be used to easily fit all your F-ONE SUP fins (US or FUTURES® Box) without looking everywhere to find a tool.
The top part of the tool was designed to serve as a screwdriver to open or close the decompression valve.
To prevent from oversight and to make sure the decompression valve is always closed when the SUP is in the water, a reminder has been included: you cannot fit the tool back into its place nor can you carry the board if you haven’t closed the decompression valve.
Furthermore, the tool finds itself clipped on in this position. This was made to ensure the board can be transported without losing the tool. You therefore don’t have to look for the last place where you left the tool and can be sure that anyone grabbing your board will notice that the valve is not shut.
The top deck of the board is lined with a layer of bamboo.
For all surfers one of the inconveniences of a SUP is the large size of the rails, too big to dig into a turn. So, how do we make a sup with a thin rail without losing the volume of the board? The answer is the Beveled rail. They are small flat lateral sections in V shapes, which allows us to reduce the thickness of the rail in certain sections (1). The other advantage is that they reduce the planing surface of the board (2) which therefore reduces drag. The combination of a thinner rail and slightly narrower width allows the board to get a better edge into the turns and a tighter arc.
F-ONE kitefoils are equipped with the fully conical Deep KF-BOX.
Its shape makes it easy to connect and fits well with the thickness of the kite boards due to its moderate height. The Deep KF-BOX offers a perfect, tight support.
This sandwich construction (high density foam + fiberglass + carbon) provides the MADEIRO PRO with a strong resistance and lighter weight compared to the FULL BAMBOO versions.
This new construction improves the weight/resistance ratio of the MADEIRO PRO range which remain among the lightest and best performing boards of the market.
On the deck, the board is built using a full layer of carbon fiber over which is laid the bamboo sheet.
Then a final layer of fiberglass is laminated on top, which ensures extreme durability and an amazing light weight.
The AIR SHIELD COMPOSITE stand up paddles are constructed around a light weight injected EPS core molded to our original shape. It is laminated with a composite made of high strength glass fiber, epoxy resin and a genuine shield made of a high quality protective topsheet layer. The topsheet is a tough and extremely reliable material also used in the construction of F-ONE twin-tips as well as in most of the skis and snowboards on the market. Thanks to their construction molded in one shot, the A.S.C. SUP are light weight, responsive and extremely durable.
THE DROP STITCH:
An incredible technology developed originally to make inflatable rescue airplanes! It was later on used by inflatable boat and canoe manufacturers. It is composed of a vertical stitch in-between the deck and the hull that keeps them parallel and extremely rigid. This allows the boards to be inflated up to 21 PSI.
The CARBON RAILS that frame the boards are placed to optimize the stiffness and sturdiness of the boards. The carbon is laid along the rails in an arc shape to achieve the best possible stiffness from the carbon fiber.
The CARBON COMPOSITE construction includes a full layer of carbon laminate on the board's bottom and deck making it incredibly light and yet surprisingly reliable.
